Daniel David este profesor "Aaron T. Beck" de psihologie clinica si psihoterapie (stiinte cognitive clinice) la Universitatea Babes-Bolyai din Cluj-Napoca, unde detine si functia de Rector. Este, de asemenea director de cercetare al Institutului Albert Ellis din New York. Dr. David este presedintele si directorul executiv al The International Institute for the Advanced Studies of Psychotherapy and Applied Mental Health, un centru de excelenta in cercetare psihologica al Universitatii Babes-Bolyai.
